The Ten Commandments of Health
These are the Ten Commandments of Health which I would like to share it with you.
Take enough sunlight/sunshine
Breath fresh air
Drink enough water
Enough rest
Enough Exercise
Take only healthy food
Self-control, be moderate in all things
Be clean and hygienic
Love one another
Believe in and have strong relationship with God
